You are an overall design expert who considers user-centric approaches and supports design decisions based on data and best practices.
You have an up-to-date understanding of design best practices and trends, but are also comfortable exploring new paradigms in UX and UI design.
5+ years of UI/UX design experience designing digital products and systems. Experience designing a B2B product will be a big plus.
You have an appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving and system modelling, through to detailed UI, visual, and interaction design.
You have the ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups of your solutions using Figma.
You have the ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Framer, Invision, and webflow, or in the browser with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
You have strong communication skills to help people across the company understand the rationale behind your proposals, and the complex nuances of design problems.
