Our philosophy

Our purpose in developing and investing in HR and talent tech-related companies is driven by matching talent with the right opportunity for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. People spend one-third of their lives working, yet rarely consider that when seeking employment. Conversely, businesses spend considerable time and money to find candidates that fit the company culture and make a positive contribution long-term. TVG engages with companies that are ready to disrupt the HR process to make it faster, easier, and better for everyone.

Our founder

Lars-Henrik Friis Molin

Founder Lars-Henrik Friis Molin has been developing HR and Talent Tech-focused ventures for over 30 years. Prior exits include Jobline, which was acquired by Monster in 2001, for over 1 billion SEK, Campuz Mobile which was sold to Vodafone in 2004, and, most recently, Universum Communications, a media and communication corporation that was sold to the German company Axel Springer Group in May 2018 for half a billion SEK.
“Personally, I think that matching talent with the right opportunity is very purpose-driven. If we can get people matched to the right future employer or contractual partner, it is so meaningful. We also happen to be really good at it.”
- Lars-Henrik Friis Molin, founder of TVG
Since 2018 TVG has partnered with amazing entrepreneurs to accelerate innovative, market-disrupting companies focused on HR and talent tech. Today, we have a globe-spanning portfolio of 20 companies developing amazing technology that are stronger because of the synergistic relationship they have within our group.
